Our new Learn to Run programme will start in January 2012. The learn to run course costs £20, lasts for 10 weeks and happens on Wednesday evenings at 6.15pm. It doesn't matter if you've never run any further than the bus stop, after ten weeks you will be able to run two miles. For more details have a look at our beginners and learn to run pages.
